Truva Privacy Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026

Truva is a business phone and messaging product provided by Solvit AI. This page describes what Truva specifically collects, processes, and retains — see solvit-ai.com/privacy for Solvit's general company privacy policy.

Account & Sign-In

Truva accounts are authenticated through Solvit Hub (Solvit's shared identity service). Truva receives your subscriber ID, email address, and active subscription/entitlement details from Hub — Truva does not separately store a password.

Calls

Call audio is carried live through our telephony carrier as part of placing and receiving calls — this is standard telephony routing, not recording. If you use the AI Receptionist or Live Translate features, call audio is additionally processed in real time by Truva AI to provide transcription, translation, and AI-generated responses. Call transcripts, summaries, and action items generated by these AI features are stored for 30 days, then automatically and permanently deleted. Basic call records (who called whom, when, how long) are retained indefinitely as core call-history functionality, the same way any phone app keeps a call log.

Text Messages

Message content is retained indefinitely, the same way iMessage or WhatsApp keep your conversation history — this is core product functionality. If a message is translated (SMS Live Translate), the translated/original-language text produced by Truva AI is stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted; this does not affect the underlying message itself.

Live Translate Recordings

Audio recordings and transcript logs generated by Live Translate are stored for 30 days, then automatically and permanently deleted.

What We Don't Do

Truva does not collect location data, and does not use third-party analytics or advertising/tracking SDKs.
